Unfortunately, a couple years ago my mother passed away due to complications from smoking for decades.

We have found that if you mix cream of tartar (byproduct of winemaking), also known as potassium hydrogen tartrate, with a little orange juice you can expedite the process tremendously.
- Add 1 teaspoon of cream of tartar into a glass.
- Pour 8 ounces of organic orange juice into the glass and stir until dissolved.
- Drink 30 minutes before bedtime.
- Repeat every night for 14 to 21 days.
