Fruit diets are preferred for the summer, they help the body to clean itself of toxins, and thus will reduce some weight. In the fruit diets, people usually exclude the bananas and grapes because they are quite fat. Then on, no restrictions.

Lunch: 150 g of white chicken meat grilled, 1 apple for dessert
Snack: 1 orange juice
Dinner: Salad with fresh vegetables, 100 g cherries
