The green juices are very popular in the world for several years. Although is doesn’t look very tasty by the color it has, this drink actually have a very pleasant taste if it’s properly prepared and have countless positive effects – of which the melting fat is probably the most popular.
There is no famous lady in Hollywood who did not drink this green juice, and most of them for their good look “blame” exactly this drink. It is like other juices, made from fruits, but they add a few leaves of a green leafy vegetables.
These juices are especially good for people who have problems with excess weight, high cholesterol or lack of energy, but also to those with low iron in the blood – because green vegetables contain a lot of iron.
-5 large leaves of kale
– 1 lemon, peeled,
– 1 bigger apple, cleaned and chopped
– About 2.5 cm of fresh ginger
– A few fresh mint leaves
Put all the ingredients into a blender and put about 120 ml of cold water. Blend it for a few minutes until it unites as juice. Try it – you will see that tastes like an ordinary fruit juice.
This juice can be a snack, but can be and breakfast – which is especially good for those people who do not want to eat in the morning.
