Diet for lazy people- The easy way to lose weight!

Sometimes we feel fluffy and full like a balloon and we know that we need to get on a diet ASAP but, we just couldn’t decide when to start. Why? Because we’re lazy or we don’t have enough time to prepare every meal in the kitchen.
But, don’t lose hope. We have found the easiest way to lose weight. This is an extremely lazy way to lose weight. It burns hundreds of calories even if you’re just sitting down at your computer and doing nothing. It also increases your metabolism which aids in weight loss.
2 tsp Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup of water


1) Use 1 part of the cinnamon to 2 spoons of raw honey. 1 tps cinnamon to 2 tps honey is recommended.
2) Boil 1 cup of water
3) Pour the boiling water on the cinnamon. Cover it and let it steep until it is warm enough to drink.
4) Add honey when the water is cool/warm.
5) Drink half of the liquid before going to bed. The other half should be covered and refrigerated, drink it in the following morning.
Do not add any flavors in this mixture as this recipe only works if you drink it on empty stomach.
