Our choice for the main ingredient was the banana because of the fact that you can find it in every market and the economic part, most of the time it’s price is low. Healthy Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4c Apple Sauce
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2c Oats

Preparation:

At first, blend oats in magic bullet or blender until ground.
Add the other ingredients.
Mix until it’s blended well.
After you prepare the mixture, cook on buttered pan and enjoy the food!
